We operate in a wildlife friendly way with no chemicals.  

We believe being close to the land and nature is both therapeutic and healing, we offer people opportunities to 'get stuck in' and help in the rural experiences we can offer. 

We raise our animals and work the land as respectfully as we can using traditional, vintage farm equipment.

We aim to be holistic and sustainable in the way we live here at Little Detton.

We have Solar Panels with Battery Storage, utilising as much power from the solar as we can, the remainder comes from green energy sources.

We harvest rainwater for use on the small holding and we compost everything we can to return goodness to the soil.

We believe in working with nature, not trying to dominate it, increasing the wildlife in diversity and numbers.
